1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Red Shift Coaching website, online programs, digital products, and coaching services operated by Dr. Anita Gamvrellis (ABN: 38 278 818 860), trading as Red Shift Coaching ('we', 'us', 'our').
 

By visiting this website, accessing any program, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our services.
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. These Terms are also subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
 

2. About Red Shift Coaching
Red Shift Coaching is a personal development and coaching business founded and operated by Dr. Anita Gamvrellis. We offer online programs, 1:1 coaching services, free community resources, and digital products designed to support personal growth, identity reconnection, and values-led living.
 

Our services are designed for educational and personal development purposes. They are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical services. Coaching is a professional, collaborative relationship focused on growth, not treatment.
 

3. Our Products & Services
Red Shift Coaching currently offers the following:

 

Online Programs:
Red Shift Reconnection — a free self-paced awareness program available to all visitors
Red Shift Reignite — a paid self-paced online program consisting of video modules, worksheets, and supporting resources

 

Coaching Services:
Individual 1:1 coaching sessions available as standalone sessions, 3-session packs, or 6-session packs
Coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meets and are 60 minutes in duration

 

Community:
A free Facebook community for mothers open to all — subject to community guidelines

 

Complimentary Access:
Program access gifted by Red Shift Coaching to selected individuals — subject to separate complimentary access terms

 

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
 

4. Eligibility & Account Registration
Our programs and services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. By purchasing or accessing our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
 

To access paid programs you will need to create a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at anita.gamvrellis@redshiftcoaching.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
 

Your account and program access are personal to you. They are non-transferable and may not be shared with or passed on to another person.
 

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. GST of 10% will be applied at checkout where applicable, in accordance with Australian tax law.
 

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers or via direct funds transfer. Red Shift Coaching does not store your payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.
 

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been selected and confirmed at checkout. Where payment plans are available, you agree to all scheduled instalments. If a scheduled payment fails, access to the relevant program or service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Red Shift Coaching reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed.
 

6. Online Program Access
 

6.1 Paid Programs
Upon successful payment you will receive access to the relevant program through the Red Shift Coaching members area. Access is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable.
Paid programs include limited access, meaning you may return to and revisit content at any time during the agreed period. Red Shift Coaching reserves the right to update, improve, or revise program content at any time. Updated content will be made available to existing members at no additional cost.
 

6.2 Free Programs
Red Shift Reconnection is freely accessible without payment or account creation. It may be accessed at any time by any visitor to the website. All content within the free program remains the intellectual property of Red Shift Coaching and is subject to the same usage restrictions as paid content.
 

6.3 Complimentary Access
Where program access is gifted by Red Shift Coaching, it is subject to separate complimentary access terms communicated at the time of the gift. Complimentary access is personal, non-transferable, and has no monetary value.
 

6.4 Technical Access
Red Shift Coaching will make reasonable efforts to ensure programs are accessible at all times. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages, technical issues, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms. 7. Coaching Services

7.1 Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional, forward-focused relationship designed to support personal growth, clarity, and intentional action. It is not a substitute for psychological counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

By engaging coaching services with Red Shift Coaching you acknowledge that coaching is a developmental process and not a clinical or therapeutic service. If concerns arise during our work together that fall outside the scope of coaching, appropriate professional referral pathways will be discussed with you.

7.2 Session Delivery
All coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meets and are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions are conducted in a professional, confidential, and supportive environment.
 

Sessions are available Monday to Sunday and subject to availability. Scheduling is confirmed via our online booking system following purchase or otherwise agreed.
 

7.3 Session Expiry
Coaching sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions not used within this period will lapse and no refund or credit will be issued for unused sessions.
 

7.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked coaching session at no cost with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time. Please notify us by email at anita.gamvrellis@redshiftcoaching.com or via your booking confirmation link.

Less than 24 hours notice:
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and counted as a used session. No replacement will be offered.

 

Non-attendance:
If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and counted as a used session. No replacement or credit will be provided.

 

Cancellation by Red Shift Coaching:
In the unlikely event we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full replacement at a mutually agreed time at no cost to you.
 

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Online Programs — 7-Day Refund Window
Red Shift Coaching offers a 7-day change-of-mind refund on paid online programs, subject to the following conditions:

Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase
You have not accessed, viewed, or downloaded any paid program modules or materials
Your request is submitted in writing to anita.gamvrellis@redshiftcoaching.com with your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request

Refunds will not be granted where:
More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
You have accessed any part of the paid program content
The request does not meet the conditions above

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
 

8.2 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Where a multi-session package has been purchased and no sessions have yet been delivered, a refund request may be considered at our discretion within 7 days of purchase under the conditions in clause 8.1. Unused sessions after the 7-day window has passed do not carry a cash value and are not refundable.
 

8.3 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees. Where a product or service has a major failure you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. These Terms do not override or limit your ACL entitlements.
 

9. Confidentiality & Privacy
Red Shift Coaching treats all personal information and everything shared in coaching sessions with strict confidentiality. Information shared by you will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
 

Coaching session recordings will not be made without your prior consent. Where recording is agreed, recordings are for your personal reference only and are not shared or published.
 

Your use of this website and our programs is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.redshiftcoaching.com/privacy-policy.

 

By using this website you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
 

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to videos, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, graphics, logos, and resources — is the intellectual property of Red Shift Coaching and Dr. Anita Gamvrellis. All rights are reserved.
 

Your purchase or access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal development only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any program content
Use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Record coaching sessions or program videos without express permission
Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to another person
Use our brand name, logo, or content in any way that implies endorsement without written permission

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and may be subject to legal action.

11. Website Use & Conduct
By using this website you agree to do so lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
 

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems

• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content from this website

Red Shift Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this website or our services for any person who breaches these Terms.
 

12. Third-Party Platforms & Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms including but not limited to Google Meets, Facebook, and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. Red Shift Coaching does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party platform.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions. Red Shift Coaching is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.
 

13. Facebook Community
Participation in the Red Shift Coaching Facebook community is free and voluntary. By joining you agree to engage respectfully, supportively, and in a manner consistent with the values of Red Shift Coaching.
Red Shift Coaching reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our community values. The community is hosted on Facebook and is subject to Meta's own Terms of Service and Community Standards.
 

Content shared within the community by members remains the responsibility of the individual who shared it. Red Shift Coaching is not liable for content posted by community members.
 

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Red Shift Coaching programs and services are provided for personal development and educational purposes. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. We do not represent or warrant that participation in any program or coaching service will result in any specific outcome.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Red Shift Coaching's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website, programs, or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other financial or personal loss arising from your use of our services.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
 

15. Changes to These Terms
Red Shift Coaching reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Your continued use of this website or our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

We recommend checking this page periodically. For significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing members by email.
