You have probably done a personality test before. MBTI. DISC. Maybe the Big Five. They're useful — but they all measure the same layer: what you prefer, how you tend to behave, or what traits you present to the world.

MINI PROFILE - 32 QUESTIONS
A 32-item Likert scale assessing your thinking style across four archetypes — Visionary, Architect, Dynamo, and Collaborator.

FULL META PROFILE - 70 QUADRANTS (MDPT)
An ipsative forced-choice tool — 70 quadrants, 280 items — measuring 16 dimensions and 41 primary characteristics.
You are assessed in relation to yourself, not a population norm.
Results are expressed as STEN scores across a developmental spectrum from Stretch through to Signature strength.

THE E.S.I.P FRAMWORK - FOUR ARCHETYPE DIMENSIONS
Where are you high — and where do you stretch?
The Profile measures your thinking style across four dimensions of the E.S.I.P. model — Environment (Visionary), Structure (Architect), Implementation (Dynamo), and People (Collaborator).
For each dimension, it shows your HIGH functioning areas (genuine strengths) and LOW functioning areas (your stretch and growth edge) — giving you a specific, personalised picture, not a fixed type.

The full MDPT(i) is a 70-quadrant ipsative assessment — significantly more comprehensive than the Mini Profile. Rather than rating statements on a scale, you choose the statement most and least like you from four equally attractive options in each quadrant.
This makes it exceptionally hard to distort and highly accurate. The result is a complete map of your thinking across 16 dimensions and 41 characteristics — scored on a developmental STEN scale from Stretch through to Signature strength.
